How do I know if a blazer fits in the shoulders?
The seam should end where your shoulder bone does. If the sleeve dents below, size down. Shoulders are the one thing a tailor can’t fix.

A pointed toe with a low block heel. Let the hem graze the floor so the shoe just peeks out; it reads as length, not height.
